How much do I pay online?
Only ₹49 to confirm the booking. You pay the balance to our agent after pickup, by UPI or cash.
How big are the bags?
Small/Medium is about a grocery bag. Large is a regular dustbin bag. Extra Large is a big garbage sack. A bulk bag holds up to 25 kg.
How is wet waste charged?
₹49 for the first kg and ₹20 for each extra kg. Choose an approximate weight while booking; the agent weighs it at your door.
When will the agent arrive?
Within the 1-hour slot you choose. We work every day from 8 AM to 10 PM. Bookings close 1 hour before each slot.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes. Call us on before your slot and we'll update it.
Do you collect from shops or offices?
No. Waste Care collects household waste only.
